I was so hyped for this set, I was ecstatic when I saw the package in front of my house. They're super cute! I love all of them, but imagine my surprise when I got a duplicate.
The soul crushing feeling I had when I realized the one I wanted the most is the one that wasn't present in the set. All I wanted was the one holding the money bag
Then all they did was offer me a 10% off my next order... they said it's a manufacturer packing error, factory sealed and they couldn't inspect it. Okay, understandable.
But seriously, it's still on you as a seller to quality check your own products. I'm highly disappointed. Though, really...? A 10% discount code? That's it?! That doesn't even cover the cost of shipping. Why not offer free shipping? Or even a partial refund? How could I possibly continue to order from here if this is how my first experience with this vendor goes?
I'm so over it. I'm just going to order another set. No use crying over spilled milk.
