·       Shipping Regions: Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.

·       Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and confirmed within 48 hours or the next business day, excluding weekends and holidays.

·       Shipping Method: We determine the most economical shipping method based on the order size and shipping location. The associated costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at the checkout.

·       Tracking Information: Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the delivery status.

·       Pre-Order: ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR PRE-ORDER ITEMS (NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS) Pre-order items will ship once the product arrives from the manufacturer. The estimated ship date is typically stated in the product description. If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items, or if you order multiple pre-ordered items, your entire order will be held until all items are ready to ship. If you prefer to have the in-stock items shipped out first, please place separate orders.
