The "Mighty Atom" is stepping out of the 1960s and into a bold new aesthetic. In an extraordinary three-way collaboration, Tezuka Productions, BLAXK by ActionCity, and Sank Toys have come together to release the Astro Boy "Iron Heart" art collectible.
This officially licensed masterpiece reimagines Osamu Tezuka’s legendary hero through the atmospheric, steampunk lens of Sank Toys, creating a bridge between manga’s golden age and modern designer toy culture.
Debuting at "Lonely Together"
The Iron Heart made its grand debut at the "Lonely Together" 9th Anniversary Exhibition at BLAXK Space in Singapore. This collaboration, powered by ActionCity x BLAXK Space, represents a peak moment for collectors, blending high-end art gallery curation with the nostalgic power of one of the world's most recognizable characters.
The Vision: Then vs. Now
In the 1960s, Astro Boy represented a hopeful vision of the future where technology, imagination, and humanity felt full of possibility. Today, as we navigate an age shaped by rapid technological change and cloud systems, that "imagined future" feels much closer than it once did.
TheIron Heart design captures this sentiment perfectly. It wraps the innocent, hopeful face of Astro Boy in heavy, weathered steampunk armor, symbolizing the weight and wonder of our modern technological reality.

Figure is awesome, full of detail and great articulation. Knocking one star off because one of the wrist pegs immediately snapped. Luckily it came with extras, but still worried about the rest now. Also no stand included which I’ve come to expect as a given, but apparently not. Still a great figure though.
